Task: construct a valid CCSDS TC Transfer Frame carrying a Space Packet (payload GIVE-ME-THE-FLAG) with the correct Frame Error Control Field (CRC). Solution: bit-pack the CCSDS 133.0-B Space Packet and CCSDS 232.0-B TC frame headers (length = N-1 convention) and append a CRC-16-CCITT/CCITT-FALSE FECF, then send frame+space_packet over TCP.
