Task: complete stubbed client that must send a correctly-formatted CCSDS space packet wrapped in a TC transfer frame to a spacecraft server over TCP. Solution: implement the 6-byte CCSDS Space Packet Primary Header (133.0-B) and 5-byte TC Transfer Frame Primary Header (232.0-B) with correct bit-field packing, honoring the length = total-1 convention, and send HEALTHCHECK.
