Task: RGBA PNG where standard LSB tools find nothing; alpha channel holds values {254,255} in a checkerboard. Solution: pixels with alpha==254 are markers; extract R/G/B LSB (3 bits) from each marked pixel in (y,x) order and pack MSB-first to recover the flag.
