Task: a garbled line of text whose spacing and punctuation are intact but letters look random, with the title 'You're drunk!'. Solution: recognize a keyboard-shift cipher where each key was typed one position to the LEFT on QWERTY; decode by shifting every letter one key to the RIGHT to recover the plaintext.
