Task: animated GIF of TV 'snow' (white noise) hiding data via XOR visual cryptography across binary noise frames. Solution: deduplicate the 20 full frames to 8 unique noise images, XOR all 28 pairs, and the one pair that cancels the shared random pad reveals the flag text over a hidden face after thresholding.
