T-8000 (Sesame / Rice Radical Encoding)

Task: Decode a message encoded as CJK characters sharing the rice radical. Solution: Analyze Unicode codepoints of all characters (U+7C39-U+7C86 range), derive the offset 0x7C09 using the known TB{ flag prefix, and subtract it from each codepoint to get ASCII characters.
