Task: Recover an AES encryption key from power traces and known plaintexts. Solution: Perform Correlation Power Analysis (CPA) attack using Hamming weight model on S-box outputs, correlate hypothetical power consumption for all 256 key byte guesses against actual traces for each of the 16 key bytes to recover the full key.
